you can’t build a face by only adding.
MasseterMINIMIZATION
Sometimes the magic is in taking the right volume away.
The jaw muscle bulks up the same way a bicep does — from use. Clench and grind for years and the lower face widens, squares off, and starts to overpower everything above it. We stop the muscle working so hard, and it slims on its own.
exactly
fewer headaches
a bicep for your jaw.
Your masseter is the muscle that chews, clenches and grinds. Work it hard enough, long enough, and it does exactly what any muscle does — it gets bigger.
The result is width where you didn’t ask for it. The lower face squares off, the jaw reads heavier, and the whole face starts to look more masculine than it is — which is why no amount of cheek filler or lip filler ever quite feminizes it. Worse still is when a client thinks she needs more structure and adds jaw filler — bulking up the very thing that was already too wide.
Filler adds volume. This takes the wrong volume away.
you don’t have to ask for it.
Most people come in for the forehead and have no idea the jaw is part of the picture. So we check it anyway — muscle size, strength, and how hard you clench.
If the masseter is driving the width, we tell you. If it isn’t, we leave it alone.
this one is strict.
Exactly every 3 months. Minimum 3–4 sessions. No exceptions.
clenching eases first
The grinding and jaw tension settle before anything visible changes. Chewing tough food may take more effort for a couple of weeks.
a small change shows
You might notice slight narrowing. This is the point most people quit — and the point the whole result depends on you not quitting.
the real change happens
Consecutive rounds are what slim the muscle. After that, your ArchiTECH™ decides your maintenance plan.
Come back late and the muscle rebuilds. This is not a treatment you can do once and judge — the result is built by consistency, not by dose.
narrower, more feminine.
Masseter slimming
Across consecutive sessions
where it really earns its place.
On its own, masseter slimming narrows the jaw. Inside FierceFACE™ it does something bigger — it takes width out of the lower face at the same time cheeks and lips are being restored above it.
That combination is what reads as feminized, not just slimmer. Subtract below, restore above, and the whole face changes proportion without a single feature looking altered.
what everyone asks about this one.
“i tried it once and nothing happened.”
That’s expected. One round eases clenching; it doesn’t slim a muscle. The visible change comes from consecutive rounds on schedule — which is why we set the protocol at 3–4 sessions before judging anything.
“my jaw looks bulgy now.”
The muscle has two layers and both need to relax. If one relaxes quicker, the other overcompensates and can show as a small bulge. It usually settles as the Botox takes effect over 14 days. Still bulging at day 14 means you need more Botox — text us.
“will i lose my jawline?”
No. We’re reducing muscle bulk at the angle of the jaw, not the bone or the border. Definition usually reads better, not worse — because the width stops competing with it.
“will i still be able to eat?”
Yes. Steak, bagels and gum may take more effort for the first couple of weeks while your jaw adapts. Most people notice the grinding stopping before they notice anything else.
we’ll tell you if it’s the jaw.
Come in and we’ll assess the muscle properly — size, strength, and how hard you clench. If the masseter is causing the width, we’ll say so. If it isn’t, we’ll tell you that too.
