Botox doesn't vanish at three months. It wears off gradually across those three months — and by month three you are back to full movement.

The goal is to keep the muscle dormant, so the bulk slims over time. Less bulk means less movement, which means your dose decreases over time. But that only happens once you've done it consecutively enough for the bulk to slim — come back late and the muscle rebuilds, so you stay on the original dose every time.

The whole secret

Dose and consistency work together. Dosed correctly and repeated on time, the muscle slims, the dose drops, and the result gets better and cheaper to hold — which is the opposite of how most people do this.
