what reads as tired
is deflation.
CheekTweak™
Nobody points at their cheeks. They point at everything the cheeks are causing.
The fold beside your mouth. The shadow under your eye. The jaw that used to be sharper. Those are almost never local problems — they’re what happens when the structure above them quietly goes.
CheekTweak™ runs as part of MaintainedNOTchanged™ Protocol — alongside ARCHITOX™ and HydratedNOTinflated™. Midface support only reads correctly once the upper face is polished and the brows are balanced — so we don’t run it alone.
filler is a product. this is a method.
The gel is the same in every clinic. What differs is where the structure is actually missing, how much goes back, and in what order.
Chasing the fold you can see is how faces end up pillowed. We treat the cause, which is usually two zones above the thing bothering you.
CheekTweak™
Structure restored, never volume added.
A structural midface filler method developed by Megan Kozak, RN. Bone recession, fat-pad depletion and asymmetry are assessed before anything is placed, then rebuilt across appointments — because a face that deflated over a decade cannot be corrected in one.
this is what the protocol does.
Three methods, in order. No single one of them produces this.
Step 1 — ARCHITOX™
Polish the skin and balance the brows. The upper face has to settle before anything below it can be judged.
Step 2 — HydratedNOTinflated™
Enhance the lip — a calculated percentage, never a full syringe on day one.
Step 3 — CheekTweak™
Bring support back to the midface and rebalance the structure underneath.
Outcome: overall harmony. Maintained, not changed.
it makes you look alive again.
Not younger. Not different. Rested — the way you look after a week off, except it holds.
That’s because we’re not adding cheek. We’re putting back the support that was holding your face up before it quietly left.
Every result on this page is CheekTweak™ in combination with ARCHITOX™ and HydratedNOTinflated™. Midface support only reads correctly once the upper face is polished and the brows are balanced — which is why we never run one without the other.
slow and steady. we never rush it.
Full correction of the midface takes multiple syringes across multiple appointments. Anyone promising it in one visit is either overfilling you or under-delivering.
We build in stages, assess between them, and stop the moment the face reads balanced — which is often sooner than you’d expect.
the face decides
the product and the placement.
Not the syringe. Not the fold. Not what we did for the last client.
where the structure actually went
Bone support, fat-pad depletion, skin quality and asymmetry — mapped, not eyeballed. That decides which product, and exactly where.
deep support before surface refinement
The foundation goes in first. Refining before the structure holds is how results look placed rather than grown.
across appointments, never in one
A mandatory two-week checkup for refinement, then we decide together whether the next stage is needed.
On asymmetry: the halves of your face are sisters, not twins. We favour one side sleeping, chewing and smiling, so the two sides age differently. The goal is always to read more balanced — not perfectly symmetrical, because that doesn’t exist on anyone.
the support put back.
Shadows minimized
Never pillowed
one zone, four symptoms improved.
We don’t chase every shadow
we restore the structure
the fold beside your mouth
Filling the fold itself makes it heavier. Supporting the cheek above it helps the fold soften — not disappear.
the shadow under your eye
Often not a hollow at all — it’s the edge of a cheek that deflated. Restoring that support softens the shadow. It will not remove an eye bag, and it is not a lift.
the jaw that blurred
Tissue has to go somewhere. Rebuilding the shelf it used to sit on improves definition higher up the face.
looking tired in every photo
The one nobody can name. It isn’t sleep — it’s midface deflation, and it’s the most satisfying thing to restore.
The midface deflated.
what everyone is actually worried about.
“i don’t want pillow face.”
Pillow face comes from the wrong product, the wrong placement, and no clear plan. And “natural” isn’t an objective request — so it never works. A defined outcome does.
“i only want my under-eyes done.”
No. We never treat under-eye without CheekTweak™ first — never. Under-eye hollowing is a normal aging symptom, and it starts with midface volume loss and lack of support. Treat the shadow without the support underneath it and you make the problem worse.
“how long does it last?”
Minimal corrections want a top-up at 6–9 months. Once the structure is fully built, it holds 18 months or more before it needs a small touch-up — so it gets cheaper to maintain, not more expensive.
“i’ve had cheek filler before and hated it.”
That’s common, and it’s usually a placement problem combined with a product one. We start by assessing what’s actually in there before adding anything at all — sometimes the answer is to dissolve first.
let’s find the cause.
Come in and we’ll assess the midface properly — then tell you what’s actually causing the thing that bothers you, and what it will take to fix it. Including, sometimes, that it needs less than you thought.
