№ 01 — Botox · Upper face ARCHITOX™ Fully polished skin is always in +
It takes 4 hours for the product to successfully bind to the muscle receptors. For the remainder of the day:
Keep the area clean
No touching or rubbing the area
No strenuous exercise
No extreme heat (sun exposure, tanning beds, sauna)
No sleeping immediately after — you could be rubbing your face and not know it
Small “mosquito bite” marks visible on the skin. These disappear within 30 minutes.
Possible bruising. No noticeable changes in mobility yet.
Decrease in muscle contractions and brows getting more difficult to raise. You may start feeling “heavy” in the forehead.
The Botox is in full effect, so it is normal to feel heaviness, stiffness or frozen in the forehead — you will no longer be able to contract the forehead muscle to lift the brows.
Mandatory checkup to ensure brows are in neutral and make any necessary adjustments.
Your brain will adjust to this sensation and this new feeling will become your new normal.
Your muscle movement will gradually return.
‘first time’ feelings
Your muscles have been contracting for a lifetime, so having minimal activity will feel new and “heavy”. Your brain will quickly adjust.
selfie face
Your mirror and selfie face is manufactured by unconsciously contracting the forehead muscles to give a slight eyebrow raise. We only appear this way during mirror and selfie time, not in real animated life. Your brain will quickly adjust to a neutral brow position, and movement of the forehead will slowly return over three months.
lid space
With your brows in neutral your lids may sit closer to the lash line. This is temporary and will dissipate as the Botox wears off.
makeup application
Your normal eyeshadow and mascara application involves contracting the forehead muscle to create space. Your brain will adjust to applying makeup with decreased space due to limited forehead mobility.
№ 02 — Filler · Lips HydratedNOTinflated™ Our first claim to fame — the perfect POUT +
The HydratedNOTinflated™ lip result is a two-week recovery period. Your lips will look worse before they look better.
Keep the area clean (no makeup) for the remainder of the day
Do not touch, rub or massage
No strenuous activity for 2–3 days
No extreme heat (sun exposure, tanning beds, sauna) for 2–3 days
Avoid alcohol for 2–3 days
Cool the area with an ice pack ongoing to reduce swelling
Your lips have just been poked a plethora of times. The lips are highly vascular and the pokes cause tissue trauma, so you will experience significant swelling.
Waking the next morning your lips will be even more swollen than the previous day. This is normal. Continue cooling with the ice pack. You may also see bruising forming — this too is normal.
Bruised. Still swollen, but starting to look better. Possibly lumpy and bumpy. This is normal.
Swelling reduces significantly and the lip filler starts to soften up.
Mandatory checkup. Any adjustments will be made at this appointment.
‘first time’ feelings
You have just been injected with a solid gel and being able to feel the product is normal. Over two weeks the filler absorbs water and integrates into your tissue, becoming part of the real you.
duration
Duration varies from person to person. It is normal to do a top-up at 6–9 months to maintain the look.
the top up
The lips are a small confined space — more filler means more risk of lumps and bumps. This is easily corrected with a small amount of dissolver if it occurs.
the cut off
Just because you want it doesn’t mean you get it at POUTx. We stay true to our brand standard of HydratedNOTinflated™, so your ArchiTECH™ will determine if further treatment is recommended.
VESSEL
Extremely rare. Tenderness is normal, but sharp, high-level pain is not. A blockage presents as very painful with skin discolouration — blanching or mottling. Do not wait to see if it gets better — text us immediately. We dissolve it with hyaluronidase and everything returns to normal.
№ 03 — Filler · Cheeks & midface CheekTWEAK™ Small amounts over time for refining and balancing +
The CheekTWEAK™ result is a two-week recovery period. Multiple syringes are always required for optimal balancing.
Keep the area clean (no makeup) for the remainder of the day
Do not touch, rub or massage
No strenuous activity for 2–3 days
No extreme heat (sun exposure, tanning beds, sauna) for 2–3 days
Avoid alcohol for 2–3 days
Avoid sleeping on your face for 48 hours
Wait a full two weeks before a face-down body massage — too much pressure
Your cheeks have just been poked and a solid gel administered. This causes trauma in the tissue, so swelling will occur.
It is normal to feel like you have golf balls in your cheeks and for the area to feel tight. This dissipates as the procedure heals over the two-week timeframe.
Full correction of the area requires multiple syringes. We do this over time, slow and steady. We never rush the process.
The halves of our faces are sisters, not twins. As time passes we become more asymmetrical, favouring one side when sleeping. As you modify the cheeks the goal is always to appear more balanced rather than perfectly symmetrical — perfect symmetry does not exist.

You have just been injected with a solid gel and being able to feel the product is normal. Over two weeks the filler absorbs water and integrates into your tissue, becoming part of the real you.
duration
Duration depends on how much of the area was injected. Minimal corrections need a top-up at 6–9 months. Maximum correction can endure 18+ months before needing a small touch-up.

№ 04 — Filler · Chin & jawline lower face filler Shape and refinement, built slowly +
Lower face filler follows the same two-week recovery as CheekTWEAK™. Full correction is built across appointments, never in one visit.
Keep the area clean (no makeup) for the remainder of the day
Do not touch, rub or massage
No strenuous activity for 2–3 days
No extreme heat (sun exposure, tanning beds, sauna) for 2–3 days
Avoid alcohol for 2–3 days
Avoid sleeping on your face for 48 hours
Wait a full two weeks before a face-down body massage
A solid gel has been administered into the chin or jawline. This causes tissue trauma, so swelling will occur.
The area may feel firm and tight, and can look more swollen than the day of treatment. This is normal and dissipates over the two-week timeframe.
Swelling reduces significantly and the filler begins to settle and soften into the tissue.
The lower face is structural, so full correction requires multiple syringes across appointments. We never rush the process.

№ 05 — Botox · Jaw masseter minimization A slimmer jaw, and relief from clenching +
Masseter minimization runs on a strict schedule: exactly every 3 months, for a minimum of 3–4 sessions to achieve the slimmer look. After that your ArchiTECH™ will decide your maintenance plan.
It takes 4 hours for the product to bind to the muscle receptors. For the remainder of the day:
Keep the area clean
No touching, rubbing or massaging the jaw
No strenuous exercise
No extreme heat (sun exposure, tanning beds, sauna)
No sleeping immediately after — you could be rubbing the area and not know it
The masseter is a thick, large muscle, which means we have to poke deeper to reach the full mass. You may experience tenderness — this dissipates quickly.
Possible bruising. No change in jaw strength yet.
Clenching and grinding ease first. Chewing tough foods may feel like more effort — this is normal and settles.
Visible slimming of the jaw as the muscle reduces. This is the window where the result actually shows.
Muscle strength gradually returns. Repeat treatment maintains the slimming, and results build with consistency.
patience required
Unlike filler there is nothing to see on day one. A small change might be noticeable at 3 months — however the real change happens with consecutive treatment.
chewing changes
Steak, bagels and gum may take more effort for the first couple of weeks. Your brain and jaw adapt quickly.
possible masseter bulging
Your jaw muscle has two layers, and both need to relax. If one layer relaxes quicker than the other, the other one overcompensates — and that can show up as a small bulge. It is not damage, and it is not permanent.
This usually settles on its own as the Botox takes effect over 14 days. If you are still bulging at day 14, it means you need more Botox — text us and we will book you in.
don’t guess. text us.
Swelling, bruising and feeling the product are all normal. If something concerns you, message your ArchiTECH™ directly — real answers, from the person who treated you.
