Pay: $30/hr to start + commission

Responsibilities

• Deliver injectable treatments (Botox & dermal fillers) according to POUTx methodology

• Conduct detailed client consultations and design structured, evidence-based treatment plans

• Educate clients on procedures, aftercare, and realistic outcomes

• Document all treatments accurately and maintain top safety standards

• Build meaningful client relationships built on trust, not transactions

• Collaborate with our team to continuously refine and improve client outcomes

Qualifications & Mindset

• Licensed Nurse (RN, RPN, or NP) in Ontario

• Hands-on injecting experience is an asset but not required — we can train technical skill, not presence

• Excellent communication and client-care skills

• Comfort in guiding patients toward what’s right, not what’s trendy

• Strong emotional intelligence, integrity, and accountability

• Motivated, curious, and driven to master the art and science of injectables

• Based in Toronto or nearby — our team thrives when we work closely and consistently together

• Interest in leadership or mentoring newer injectors in the future

• Familiarity with Jane App and/or structured consult frameworks

• An existing client following
