Your Role: Client Experience Specialist

As the first point of contact, you'll set the tone for our clients' transformative journeys. Your mission? Deliver unparalleled service that reflects our commitment to excellence.

What You'll Do:

• Educate & Empower: Guide clients through our unique processes, ensuring they feel informed and comfortable.

• Build Relationships: Foster trust and rapport, making every client feel valued and understood.

• Operational Excellence: Manage bookings, handle inquiries, and ensure the clinic environment is pristine and welcoming.

• Brand Ambassador: Embody and communicate the POUTx ethos, turning first-time visitors into lifelong clients.

Job Type:
Part-time hours: 13-15 hrs per week

Salary: $20 per hour to start

Schedule:

• Tuesday-Friday 12pm-7:30pm, Saturday 9am-3:30pm for the summer, option for additional hours in September. (Full time or part time options)

• Start date July 4th, 2025.
